Promoting a Competitive Pricing Structure Either on a Finders Fee or Full Management Basis

Should you wish for full management then our charge would be just 7% (plus V.A.T.) of the rent collected per month. Excepting the above there are no other charges made by us. Obviously you will require a gas certificate for the premises which will need to be carried out yearly by a "Corgi" approved plumber. We are able to provide this requirement at cost.

The charge as above of £200.00 (plus V.A.T.) or equal to two weeks rent (whichever is the greater) is towards our set-up, administration and marketing costs in finding and placing into occupation a suitable tenant. This is a once off charge and will not if the same tenant re-signs for further periods to remain in occupation.
