Our fully trained and experienced staff administer the services of all property promotion and client activity. Our philosophy is to charge less than our competitors without compromise to the personal service to our landlords and the high service standard that we are proud of.

We operate on a "no let, no charge" arrangement. Also you may instruct any other agent to promote your property and this will not affect the arrangement you have with us.

The service to landlords comprises a full management package or alternatively a Finders Fee only option (see our finders fee and full management charges page)

Whilst promoting a duty of care with all our client's properties we are able to provide back up services in order to deal with repairs and for maintenance that may be required either before or during the term of a tenancy arrangement. We even extend our services to include a garden tidy and/or monthly maintenance programme. All our services are aimed at maximising our landlord's return whilst eliminating the burden of responsibility for the daily management of their property.

As specialist letting agents we are up to date and fully aware of current and changing legislation requirements.

We specialise in professional, family accommodation requirements and company lettings only. We regret to advise that we do not promote or handle student accommodation.
